What is the minimum subscription period?
For companies this is normally 12 months, but we are happy to tailor the service to each client's needs.
How is the training organised?
You register for a course which comprises one or more program-specific study modules. Each module comprises multiple lessons and an assessment.
A module is a group of lessons that relate to the same Office program, topic or concept. A single module typically comprises at least five lessons, but rarely more than 20 lessons. The size of a module can be tailored to each client's needs.
A lesson contains one or more tips, techniques and/or shortcuts relating to a common theme or topic.
How long does it take to study a lesson?
You should set aside 10-15 minutes which is usually enough time to read the lesson and to put it into practice.
How often will lessons be assigned to me?
Your employer decides how often you should receive lessons. Typically, this would be every other day (i.e. about ten lessons a month) but this can be tailored to suit each client. The options also exist to receive all lessons at once or to receive the next lesson only when you indicate you have completed the previous one.
An assessment is a short multiple-choice test which you complete at the end of each module. It is designed primarily to reinforce the lessons and to help you determine how well your studies are progressing.
Yes, you can preview an assessment as soon as the first lesson in the corresponding module has been assigned to you. We want you always to do well.
